TERMS OF SERVICE - CHOCOMUSE

OVERVIEW
This website is operated by chocomuse. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to chocomuse. By visiting our site and/or purchasing goods or digital products from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & PROHIBITED USE (CRITICAL)
All content included on this site, including but not limited to digital photobooks, photographs, videos, graphics, logos, and audio clips, is the exclusive property of chocomuse and its models and is protected by international copyright laws.
1. Personal Use Only: All purchases grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial viewing only.
2. Strict Prohibition on Redistribution: You may not distribute, reproduce, re-upload, sell, share via cloud storage/torrents/SNS/forums, or publicly exhibit any purchased files or imagery.
3. AI Training Prohibition: Utilizing any images or video materials from this site for AI model training, dataset compilation, or deepfake/synthetic generation is strictly prohibited.
Any unauthorized leak or commercial infringement will result in immediate legal action and statutory damages under applicable copyright acts.

SECTION 2 - DIGITAL PRODUCTS & REFUND POLICY
Due to the non-tangible, irrevocable nature of digital goods (PDF photobooks, image sets, video files):
1. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the download link or file access has been granted.
2. If you experience technical difficulties with file corruption or download links, please contact our customer support for assistance.

SECTION 3 - PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (IF APPLICABLE)
For physical printed photobooks and merchandise:
1. Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products that arrive defective or severely damaged during transit. Notification must be sent within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
2. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address information.

SECTION 4 - AGE REQUIREMENT
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence to purchase and view artistic portrait photography.

SECTION 5 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

SECTION 6 - GOVERNING LAW & CONTACT INFORMATION
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
