REFUND AND RETURN POLICY - CHOCOMUSE

1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (PDF Photobooks & Digital Sets)
Due to the digital and non-tangible nature of our downloadable products, all sales are final. 
- Refunds, returns, or exchanges are NOT accepted once download links or digital access have been granted.
- If you encounter technical issues, corrupted files, or broken download links, please contact our support team at gaullove@gmail.com with your order number. We will promptly assist you with replacement links.

2. PHYSICAL PHOTOBOOKS (If applicable)
- Returns or replacements are strictly limited to items that arrive defective, misprinted, or significantly damaged during transit.
- Claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the defect and packaging.
- We do not accept returns or refunds for simple change of mind or minor handling marks on outer mailers.

3. ORDER CANCELLATION
- Digital Orders: Cannot be cancelled once payment is processed and files are delivered.
- Physical Orders: Can only be cancelled prior to dispatch/fulfillment.
