1. DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Instant Delivery)
- Delivery Method: Immediate download link via email and the order confirmation page upon successful payment.
- Shipping Fee: Free (No physical shipping required).

2. PHYSICAL PHOTOBOOKS & MERCHANDISE (If applicable)

■ Order Processing Time
- All standard in-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and South Korean national holidays).
- Pre-order items will be shipped according to the production schedule specified on the individual product page.

■ Estimated Shipping Times & Carriers
We ship worldwide from South Korea using reliable international postal services (Korea Post EMS / K-Packet / DHL).
- South Korea: 2–3 business days
- East Asia (Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong): 4–8 business days
- North America (US, Canada): 7–14 business days
- Europe & Rest of the World: 10–20 business days

■ Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.

■ Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages
